How to applyHow to apply

Semester dates
Spring semester: Late January or early February–late June (please contact the respective programmes for precise information)
Autumn semester: Late August–late January
Summer holidays: July and 3 first weeks of August

Application deadlines
For exchanges during spring semester: October 15
For exchanges during autumn semester: March 15

Your application must be sent in due time. This especially applies for students from countries outside the European Union, who must apply before the deadline expires, because of the long student visa application process.

The International Student Application Form must be filled out by all applicants. Make sure to fill it out correctly. The Transcript of Records should be attached with the Apllication Form. Especially in relation to practice placements, some exchange students bring their individual study plans. So be sure to enclose any and all objectives/competencies for the full exchange period.

Your application provides the basis for the Learning Agreement and the planning on our part of your exchange period. The Application Form also serves as the key tool for the planning and corporation between you and your clinical supervisor. If you are going on a practice placement you will have to fill out a Training Agreement.
