About the Education
The 3½ year international higher education programme is taught in English and is leading to a professional bachelor's degree.
The programme is a full-time course of study corresponding to 210 ECTS credits and is open to both Danish and International students. Focus is on global challenges and aimed for the international labour market.
Semester 1-2: Foundation Year
From semesters 1-2 you must follow the modules of the Foundation Year
Semester 2-7: Specialisations
From semester 2-7 you follow the modules of the specialization you choose:
In semester 7 you will carry out your Bachelor’s Project and write your Bachelor Thesis.
From semesters 4-7 you are going on work placement either in Denmark or abroad.
From semesters 4-6 you can choose one elective module per semester. You can choose between elective modules offered in either Danish or English language.
Your study in The Bachelor's Degree in Global Nutrition and Health ends with you doing an independent Bachelor Thesis based on a sizeable bachelor project. During the bachelor project you are expected to acquire special insight into a defined subject or field central to your specialisation.
During the Bachelor programme you are evaluated by both internal and external exams and you will complete your education with a final Bachelor exam.
