The Metropolitan University College's bachelor programme in Global Nutrition and Health (GNH) has taken another few steps up the ladder of international acclaim: we have recently had an article published in the highly esteemed journal Public Service Review: European Science and Technology.

Dr Michael Heasman, lecturer in food policy in the subject area Public Health Nutrition and Food Policy, attended the High Level Conference on Monitoring and Evaluation of EU and Member States’ strategies on nutrition, overweight and obesity held in Brussels, December 8th and 9th on behalf of GNH in its role as a WHO Collaborating Centre. Sign of Lifeis an international campaign focusing on the health of young African women 2010-2013. Martha Krogh Topperzer, adjunct at PH Metropol, Bachelor of Global Nutrition and Health recently presented her personal experience from Niger, Ethiopia and Uganda to Midwife students at campaign launch. *go healthy* is the new activity club at Metropolitan University College, Nutrition and Health Educations. It is founded by three active people from the education. The concept is to interact, compete and have fun with fellow students while enjoying different kinds of physical activity!
