Information about how you can document English language proficiency

All applicants must document English proficiency on a level equivalent to the Danish upper secondary school B-level in order to qualify for admission to the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Global Nutrition and Health.
If you do not have a Danish qualifying examination with English passed at B-level, you might be required to document English language proficiency by one of the following international English tests:

  • TOEFL: Paper based score of 560, computer based score of 230 or Internet based score of 83.
    Please use code 5341 to indicate Metropolitan University College as a score recipient. 
  • IELTS Academic Test: Overall band score of 6.5 
  • University of Cambridge - Certificate in Advanced English (CAE): Passed
  • Pearson PTE Academic: required score of 58 or above
    Your PTE score must be sent directly to Metropolitan University College via the Pearson Score Report Website.

The test result must not be older than 2 years at the time of the application deadline of the Bachelor's Degree in Global Nutrition and Health.
